By downloading or using SharkTTY (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
SharkTTY is a tool for connecting to remote servers. You agree to use it only to access systems you own or are explicitly authorized to access. You must not:
- Access any system without authorization, or attempt to breach security controls;
- Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity;

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or systems, arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
