1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Shark InkNote (the "App", bundle identifier com.safafish.inknote), developed by Safafish ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Shark InkNote on compatible iPad devices that you own or control, subject to the standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.

3. Purchases and Pricing

Shark InkNote will be sold as a one-off purchase of $0.99 through Apple's App Store. Pricing in other regions is set by the App Store and shown at checkout. There are no recurring subscription fees, hidden in-app purchases, or advertisements. All payment processing and refund requests are governed by Apple's App Store terms and processed via Apple's official support channels (reportaproblem.apple.com).

4. User Content & Local Storage

All notes, drawings, Markdown documents, audio attachments, and images created or imported in Shark InkNote remain your exclusive property. You retain complete ownership and responsibility for your content. Data is stored locally on your iPad or in your designated cloud storage (such as iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, or a personal NAS) via the iOS/iPadOS Files system. We have no access to your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Shark InkNote only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App, or bypass any security or licence controls.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Shark InkNote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or without errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Safafish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
