By downloading, installing, or using AiWords, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
AiWords is a Japanese vocabulary learning application that uses AI-powered features including spaced repetition, personalized example sentences, and multiple study modes to help users learn and retain Japanese vocabulary.
3. User Accounts
Some features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
AiWords offers both free and premium features:
- Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Refunds are handled according to App Store policies
5. Intellectual Property
All content in AiWords, including vocabulary data, AI-generated sentences, audio content, and app design, is owned by Safafish or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without permission.
6. AI-Generated Content
AiWords uses AI to generate example sentences and audio. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. The app is intended as a learning aid and should not be the sole source of language learning.
7. Limitation of Liability
AiWords is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to learning outcomes or exam results.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AiWords at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
