End User License Agreement
This agreement governs your use of AiWords.
1. License Grant
Safafish grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AiWords for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the application for commercial purposes without authorization
- Sublicense, rent, or lease the application
- Use the application to develop competing products
3. Ownership
AiWords, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Safafish and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.
4. Content
All vocabulary data, AI-generated sentences, audio content, and educational materials within AiWords are proprietary content. You may use this content only within the application for personal learning purposes.
5. Updates
Safafish may provide updates to the application. Updates may modify or delete features. Your continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the application from your devices.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SAFAFISH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SAFAFISH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
